Product Introduction

The OCS-3F100P ultrasonic gas sensor is the latest sensor introduced by Winpower Technology Co., Ltd. It uses the ultrasonic principle to detect gas flow, with built-in atmospheric pressure compensation. The same hardware is suitable for two different application firmwares: for large PSA oxygen generators it measures O₂ concentration and flow; for particle counters it runs dedicated particle-counter firmware and measures flow only. Output is via UART digital interface. It supports both working-condition and standard-condition flow measurement modes.

Precautions for Use

  • Ensure that the detected gas is water-free, oil-free, and dust-free.
  • The sensor shall not be disassembled without the permission of the manufacturer; sensor damage caused by unauthorized disassembly will not be guaranteed or repaired.
  • This sensor and data manual may change due to technical improvement of the product without prior notice.
  • Voltage data and air source data need to be provided before purchase.
  • A bacterial filter should be added to the air intake of the sensor to filter the gas, and a check valve should be added to the air output of the sensor to avoid backward water absorption.
