GSTB-400H V1.2 is a zirconia-based limiting current oxygen sensor module for gas analysis systems, measuring 0.1–40% O₂ with ±1% FS accuracy. It integrates temperature, humidity and pressure compensation with linear UART output for industrial and laboratory oxygen monitoring.
Product Introduction
The GSTB-400H is a zirconia limiting-current oxygen sensor module developed by Winpower Technology Co., Ltd. It is based on the solid-electrolyte oxygen-pump principle: the element has a built-in diffusion barrier and is maintained at high temperature by an internal heater. Under an applied voltage, oxygen diffuses through the barrier into the sensing cavity; when the pump rate exceeds the oxygen diffusion supply rate, the circuit current saturates to form the limiting current. At constant temperature this current is approximately linear with oxygen concentration, enabling direct oxygen-content calculation. The module measures 0.1%–40% O₂ with ±1% FS accuracy, integrates temperature, humidity and pressure compensation, and communicates via UART at 9600 bps. It is designed for long-term operation with a 5-year service life and a -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range.

Applications
Precautions for Use
- The module is powered by 12V and requires 1 minute of preheating before outputting concentration data; readings stabilize after 30 minutes of operation.
- Do not plug or unplug the screen or sensor module during operation to avoid damage.
- Do not blow on the ion flow sensor quickly or spray high-speed air flow while the module is working; if gas introduction is needed, control the flow rate at 0.5 L/min.
- Users must not dismantle the sensor without authorization, including removing the metal mesh cover, as this may cause irreversible damage.
- It is strictly prohibited for use in the measurement of flammable mixed gas.
- Be cautious of high temperatures — the zirconia surface temperature during operation can reach 150°C; avoid burns and do not use in flammable or explosive environments.
